CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once an order is placed, it may be processed and shipped quickly. Address changes are not guaranteed.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number. We will do our best to make a correction before shipment, but Biomedics Lab cannot guarantee changes once processing has started or the order has shipped.
HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends are processed on the next business day.

All shipments are sent via a reliable courier service and include track & trace. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email.
All packages are shipped neutrally and discreetly, without branding or visible contents on the outside of the parcel.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?
In most cases, orders are shipped in one package. However, depending on order size or logistical circumstances, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Biomedics Lab ships throughout Europe. Shipping availability, delivery times, and costs depend on the destination and are calculated during checkout. We do not deliver outside Europe.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the import of research products.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WITH A BROKEN VIAL?
If your order arrives damaged or contains a broken vial, you must contact Biomedics Lab within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Please provide clear photos of:

After verification, one free replacement package will be sent. Replacement shipment is the standard resolution.
WHEN AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND?
Refunds are only possible after a second shipment, and only if:

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code automatically by email. You can use this code to follow your shipment through the courier’s tracking system.
WHY IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT UPDATING YET?
Tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.
If tracking does not update after a reasonable period, please contact us for assistance.
THE TRACKING STATUS SAYS “DELIVERED,” BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Please first check with neighbors or the delivery location and contact the courier directly.
Biomedics Lab cannot be held liable for loss or non-delivery after confirmed delivery.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Biomedics Lab is not liable for delays, loss, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
