Order Processing
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Method & Packaging
All shipments are sent via a reliable courier service and include track & trace. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code.
Our vials are delivered sealed only. All packages are shipped neutrally and discreetly, without branding or visible contents on the outside of the parcel.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on the destination. We offer low shipping rates within the Benelux. Shipping may be free for orders over a certain order value. We do not deliver outside Europe.
