1. General
At Biomedics Lab, product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are paramount. Due to the nature of our products (peptides and laboratory chemicals), specific conditions apply regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Returns & Refund Policy.
2. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
All peptides and laboratory chemicals sold by Biomedics Lab are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Returns are not possible once an order has been shipped.
This exclusion is necessary to ensure the integrity, sterility, and safety of our products. Once shipped, a vial cannot be resold or verified for sterile conditions.
3. Damaged Delivery or Broken Vial
If an order arrives damaged or contains a broken vial, the customer must contact Biomedics Lab within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
The customer is required to provide clear photos of:

The original shipping packaging

The product

The visible damage
After verification, one replacement package will be sent free of charge. Sending a replacement package is considered the primary and standard solution.
4. Refund (Only After Second Shipment)
A refund is only possible if:

The original order has been shipped, and

A free replacement package has been sent, and

The second shipment also arrives damaged or contains a broken vial
The refund is only valid after Biomedics Lab has demonstrably delivered the order twice. If these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Incomplete notifications or notifications received outside the 48-hour period may be rejected
6. Responsibility for Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Biomedics Lab is not liable for loss, delays, or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
