Tesamorelin is a synthetic peptide consisting of 44 amino acids and is considered a modified analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Due to specific modifications to both the N-terminus and C-terminus, tesamorelin exhibits increased stability compared to natural GHRH.
